Questionnaire on unit tests

Today I am trying to get some statistics on what is the developers' experience with unit test cases.

If anybody wants to help me out with the questionnaire... here is the procedure...

1. Answer the questionnaire (it takes less than 5 minutes) at http://elbanet2.ethz.ch/survey/entry.jsp?id=1184661734979 (click on 'absenden' at the end of the questionnairee to send the result...)

2. Give me some feedback about the questionnaire so that I can integrate it for a broader audience.
